Job summary

Saputo, Inc. invites a seasoned Director of Project and Change Management to lead the ingredients division’s PMO, aligning priorities with strategy and capacity.

You will partner with the President and Senior Leadership to drive visibility, governance, and timely decision-making across large-scale initiatives. The role emphasizes executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and a structured operating rhythm to sustain transformation, with a focus on accountability and delivery across

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in PMO/portfolio management, change management, or related
• Experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior executives and translating priorities into clear strategies
• Ability to translate complex strategies into clear communications
• Proficiency in leading organizational transformation and stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities

• Lead the ingredients division’s PMO and portfolio governance with integrated priorities
• Create a single view of milestones, risks, and decisions for leadership action
• Design and run the Senior Leadership Team operating rhythm and decision forums
• Set the change-management and communications strategy for major initiatives
• Support crisis readiness and coordination across functions to ensure timely responses
