Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in food ingredients, dairy, food manufacturing, or related B2B industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, food science, economics; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year global commercial strategy across regions, markets, customers, channels, product platforms, and investments.
• Own commercial P&L delivery including revenue, volume, gross margin, operating expense, and working-capital outcomes.
• Lead the sales and business development agenda across multinational and regional accounts, distributors, geographies, and applications.
• Establish value-based pricing, contracting, and margin-management informed by customer economics, input-cost dynamics, and risk.
• Build market, customer, category, and competitor insights; monitor economic and regulatory dynamics; segment markets for growth.
