Job summary

Saputo, Inc. is seeking a Director of Project and Change Management in Milwaukee to lead PMO governance, coordinate strategic initiatives, and steer change management and communications across the Ingredients division.

You will partner with the President and senior leaders to drive visibility, accountability, and execution during ongoing operations and transformational periods. The role requires extensive experience in leading enterprise transformations, stakeholder engagement, and communication

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in program or portfolio management, change management, business operations, or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, organizational development, change management, communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Experience leading PMO or transformation office and advising senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO leadership and portfolio governance for the ingredients division, providing integrated view of priorities, milestones, risks and decisions.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with divisional strategy and leadership priorities.
• Set the communication strategy for major divisional initiatives and organizational changes, translating complex strategies into actionable messages.
• Own crisis and special circumstances planning, maintaining crisis protocols and leading communications during incidents.
