Job summary

Better Being Co. in Ogden, Utah is seeking a Director, PMO & Change Management to lead Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), New Product Development (NPD), and portfolio governance, ensuring priorities are evaluated, resourced, and executed.

You will head the PMO and Change Management teams, collaborating with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to accelerate commercialization and improve cross-functional execution in a hybrid work model with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, operations, engineering, supply chain, project management, or related field.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• 7+ years progressive experience in project management, PLM, operations, manufacturing, or supply chain leadership.
• Minimum 5 years leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading New Product Development and commercialization within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee Product Lifecycle Management process and ensure alignment with strategy and resource capacity.
• Establish and maintain portfolio governance to prioritize initiatives and align with objectives.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and resource new product, operational, and strategic initiatives with leadership.
• Drive accountability to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope.
• Lead New Product Development from concept to commercialization across functions.
• Oversee change management including product formulation, packaging, manufacturing, quality, systems, and supply chain changes.
• Develop KPIs for project execution, speed-to-market, portfolio health, and readiness; report to executive leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accelerate execution, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead PMO and Change Management teams, providing strategic direction and development.
