Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. in Milwaukee seeks a Director, Project and Change Management to lead PMO, governance and change initiatives across the ingredients division, reporting to the President and Senior Leadership.

You will coordinate cross-functional priorities, drive communications, manage crises, and partner with HR/ Communications to align messages for all stakeholders. A seasoned leader with 10+ years in program governance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in program or portfolio management, change management, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years leading a PMO, transformation office, or equivalent governance function.
• Experience translating leadership priorities into clear strategies, governance, and actions.
• Strong written and verbal communications translating complex topics for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO, portfolio governance, and integrated view of priorities, milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Maintain an integrated view of divisional priorities and align with strategy and leadership.
• Create visibility of milestones, dependencies, risks, and business outcomes across the portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities and escalate barriers to leadership action.
• Design and lead the senior leadership operating rhythm and decision forums.
• Translate strategy and decisions into clear executive communications and messages.
• Drive change management communications and manager toolkits for major initiatives.
• Coordinate crisis readiness, crisis communications, and after-action reviews.
