Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; PMP preferred.
• 7+ years in project management, PLM, operations, or leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM, NPD, and change-management governance across the org.
• Prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and track performance metrics.
• Oversee PMO and Change Management teams; drive execution speed.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Ops.
• Develop KPIs for portfolio health, capacity, risk, and readiness.
