Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivots, lookups) required.
• 3+ years of cross functional project delivery experience.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collect feedback from operations and support teams.
• Optimize flow and layout designs with engineering teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Procurement, WHS, Finance, LP, RME).
• Support new site launches and retrofit projects and ensure adherence to SSD DC design standards.
• Execute ops integration launch tasks for launch sites.
• Drive continuous improvement and stay informed about best practices.
• Ensure timely delivery of project timelines and mitigate risks.
• Document learnings and share knowledge with site operations.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communications.
