Job summary

Amazon's Rapid and Rural Logistics seeks a Sr. Program Manager to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects for faster-than-Same Day services. You will drive end-to-end delivery, influence senior leaders, and shape roadmaps across fulfillment and delivery networks in Bellevue or Nashville.

Responsibilities include leveraging data to remove cost, standardizing processes, and delivering scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Driving innovation that improves the under-the-roof processes and continuously removes cost from our fulfillment and delivery network.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, execute, and standardize complex projects to achieve 2026+ variable cost and quality goals.
• Gathering and analyzing data across fulfillment and delivery functions to establish global standards for operations and other cross functional teams.
• Analyzing and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities.
• Developing Amazon best practices for internal operations.
• Leveraging analytics to support the future state of the business.
