Responsibilities

• Lead PM efforts for technical deployments on the HRP platform with guidance to teams.
• Adapt PM methodologies to fit project needs and ensure efficient delivery.
• Advise teams on project management principles to improve outcomes and reduce risks.
• Plan, execute, and monitor complex projects, aligning with org goals.
• Approve plans, budgets, resources; ensure governance and standards.
• Benchmark performance against industry standards and KPIs for improvements.
• Coach junior PMs and team members for growth and skill development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish effective PM frameworks.
