Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in payment integrity or technical implementations.
• Strong problem solving and decision making in ambiguous environments.
• Collaborative team player with growth mindset.
• Proven ability to execute and deliver projects.
• Experience on a technical project or alignment with the QNXT platform (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Act as a top-level specialist in project management for technical deployments on the QNXT platform.
• Adapt project management methodologies to fit project needs and ensure efficient delivery.
• Advise teams and stakeholders on PM practices to improve outcomes and mitigate risks.
• Plan, execute, and monitor complex projects ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Approve project plans, budgets, and resources with governance adherence.
• Benchmark performance against standards and KPIs, identify improvements.
• Track milestones and timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Coach other project managers and team members.
• Support to enhance PM skills within the area.
• Consult on PM practices and collaborate with stakeholders to establish frameworks.
