Qualifications

• 7+ years project management experience in payment integrity or technical implementations of new products.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a top-level specialist in project management for technical deployments on the ACAS platform, providing experience-based guidance and mentorship to support successful project execution.
• Adapts project management methodologies and best practices to meet the unique needs of each project and ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
• Advises project teams and stakeholders on project management principles, practices, and approaches to enhance project outcomes and mitigate risks.
• Applies highly developed project management skills to effectively plan, execute and monitor complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Approves project plans, budgets, and resource allocations, authorizing project initiation and ensuring adherence to governance and standards.
• Benchmarks project performance against industry standards, best practices, and KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Checks project deliverables, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely and accurate completion, providing guidance and support to teams.
• Coaches other project managers and team members, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Support to enhance work area project management skills and contribute to key professional growth.
• Consults on project management practices, processes, and to-dos, collaborating with stakeholders to establish effective frameworks.
