• 7+ years of project management experience in payment integrity or technical product implementations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a top-level specialist in project management for technical deployments on the HRP platform.
• Adapt project management methodologies to meet project needs and ensure efficient delivery.
• Advise teams and stakeholders on PM principles to enhance outcomes and mitigate risks.
• Apply advanced PM skills to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects aligning with objectives.
• Approve project plans, budgets and resources and ensure governance adherence.
• Benchmark performance against standards and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Check deliverables, milestones, and timelines for timely completion and provide support.
• Coach other project managers and team members to grow PM skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish effective project management frameworks.
