Responsibilities

• Acts as a top-level specialist in project management for technical deployments on the HRP platform, providing guidance and mentorship to support project execution.

• Advises teams and stakeholders on PM principles to improve outcomes and mitigate risks.
• Plans, executes, and monitors complex projects ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Approves project plans, budgets, and resources and ensures governance compliance.
• Benchmarks performance against industry standards and drives optimization.
• Monitors milestones and timelines, guiding teams to timely completion.
• Coaches other PMs and team members to foster professional growth.
• Supports the development of stronger PM skills across the work area.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to establish effective PM frameworks.
