Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead payment integrity initiatives across a matrixed organization. You will plan, monitor and manage resources, budgets and risks from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within approved costs.

Applicants should have 7+ years of project management experience, strong problem solving and collaboration skills, and a growth mindset. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years project management in payment integrity or technical product implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead top-level project management for technical deployments on the HRP platform.
• Adapt project management methodologies to meet project needs and ensure delivery.
• Advise teams on PM principles to improve outcomes and mitigate risks.
• Plan, execute, and monitor complex projects aligned with organizational goals.
• Approve project plans, budgets, and resources; ensure governance and standards.
• Benchmark performance against industry standards and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Coach other project managers and team members.
