Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for Payment Integrity and technical deployments. You will lead complex projects from initiation through completion, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery within budget in a dynamic healthcare environment.

The role emphasizes mentorship, governance, and continuous process improvement, with a strong focus on risk management and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Project Management experience in payment integrity or technical implementations of new products.
• Adept at problem solving and decision making, working in the gray with little direction.

• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a top-level specialist in project management for technical deployments on the QNXT platform, providing experience-based guidance and mentorship to support successful project execution.
• Adapts project management methodologies and best practices to meet the unique needs of each project and ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
• Advises project teams and stakeholders on project management principles, practices, and approaches to enhance project outcomes and mitigate risks.
• Applies highly developed project management skills to effectively plan, execute and monitor complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Approves project plans, budgets, and resource allocations, authorizing project initiation and ensuring adherence to project governance and standards.
• Benchmarks project performance against industry standards, best practices, and KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving excellence.
• Checks project deliverables, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely and accurate project completion, providing guidance and support to project teams as needed.
• Coaches other project managers and team members, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Support to enhance work area project management skills and contribute to key professional growth.
• Consults on project management practices, processes, and to-dos, collaborating with stakeholders to establish effective project management frameworks and ensure successful project outcomes
