Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead internal initiatives focused on Payment Integrity products. You will plan, monitor, and govern programs across resources and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion, primarily focused around Payment Integrity products.
• Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes.
• Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a top-level specialist in project management for technical deployments on the HRP platform, providing experience-based guidance and mentorship to support successful project execution.
• Adapts project management methodologies and best practices to meet the unique needs of each project and ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
• Advises project teams and stakeholders on project management principles, practices, and approaches to enhance project outcomes and mitigate risks.
• Applies highly developed project management skills to effectively plan, execute and monitor complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Approves project plans, budgets, and resource allocations, authorizing project initiation and ensuring adherence to project governance and standards.
• Benchmarks project performance against industry standards, best practices, and key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving excellence.
• Checks project deliverables, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely and accurate project completion, providing guidance and support to project teams as needed.
• Coaches other project managers and team members, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Support to enhance work area project management skills and contribute to key professional growth
• Consults on project management practices, processes, and to dos, collaborating with stakeholders to establish effective project management frameworks and ensure successful project outcomes
