• Advise teams on project management principles and approaches to improve outcomes and mitigate risks.
• Plan, execute, and monitor complex projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Approve project plans, budgets, and resource allocations while ensuring governance.
• Coach other project managers and team members to strengthen PM skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish effective project management frameworks.
