Job summary

Axis Communications seeks a Program Manager for Access Control & Intercoms in Chelmsford, MA. Lead strategic plans, manage programs to drive sales, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow customer and partner relationships.

You will act as a subject matter expert, provide education to sales and channel, and report monthly on progress and opportunities. Travel up to 50% including international required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years in sales, business development, marketing, account or project management ideally in the physical security market.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM tools.
• Expert knowledge of the physical security market; preferred knowledge of products and future trends in intercoms, visitor management & access control.

Responsibilities

• Build concise, focused strategies, plans, and goals for Axis' key target groups, aligned with the go-to-market strategy.
• Execute plans in accordance with team objectives, KPIs and program goals.
• Develop, maintain and grow customer & partner relationships to support sales and drive opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to reduce hurdles for developing business.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to gather market feedback for product development.
• Provide monthly reporting on strategic initiatives, progress and opportunities to management.
• Identify new markets and innovative solutions to drive additional sales opportunities.
