Job summary

Axis Communications seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Intercom & Access Control in the Southeast region. This role drives sales of 2N and Axis intercom products, supports customers, and collaborates with management on sales initiatives within the territory.

The RSM will develop a regional business plan, cultivate key partners, and secure A&E specifications while maintaining high ethics and professional standards. Expect travel and quota attainment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronic trade training.
3–5+ years in a sales-driven position.
Salesforce experience preferred.
Experience in Intercom, audio, and access control beneficial.
Strong technical background.

Responsibilities

Create a region-wide business plan to achieve and exceed sales and margin targets.
Develop and grow key integration partners.
Identify and cultivate key A&E specifiers in the region.
Develop key relationships with distribution branches that support 2N/Axis.
Forecast and report activity and pipelines using SFDC.
Travel up to 70% to cover the region.
Achieve monthly and annual quotas.
