Job summary

Axis Communications is seeking a Manager, Business Development for Access Control & Intercoms in the Americas HQ, Chelmsford, MA. Lead a virtual team, shape strategy, and drive revenue in the residential market.

You will build go-to-market plays, partner with sales leaders, and grow a high-performing team focused on door solutions for multi-family properties, with remote candidates considered in ETZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business or related field required.
• Experience with Salesforce and MS 365 applications.
• 10+ years in sales management roles.
• Knowledge of RFPs and state contracts.
• Experience selling recurring revenue or subscriptions.
• Experience leading virtual or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for residential access solutions.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing Business Development team.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to drive large, complex deals.
• Build long-term customer relationships and revenue growth.
• Provide strategic guidance on door solutions across the org.
• Create dashboards, forecasts and pipeline metrics to track progress.
