Job summary

Axis Communications AB in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a Program Manager for Access Control & Intercoms to drive strategic initiatives, manage programs, and enable sales growth for door solutions portfolio. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and partners to execute proven go-to-market plans.

The role is based at the Americas HQ in Chelmsford with in-office work and flexibility to work remotely one day per week. Bachelor’s degree preferred and 5+ years in related fields are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in sales, business development, marketing, account or project management in the physical security market.
• Experience with developing business and knowledge of channel sales and channel programs for IT solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM tools.
• Expert knowledge of the physical security market; familiarity with intercoms, visitor management and access control.

Responsibilities

• Build concise, focused strategies, plans, and goals for Axis key target groups.
• Execute plans aligned with team objectives, KPIs and program goals.
• Develop and grow customer & partner relationships to support sales.
• Work with cross-functional teams to reduce hurdles for business growth.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to gather market feedback for product development.
