Job summary

Mortenson Construction seeks an experienced Planning and Scheduling Manager to lead complex project schedules and guide teams across multiple sites. You will apply advanced scheduling principles, coordinate with trade partners, and drive scheduling strategy on large programs.

The role requires a strong background in CPM methods, 4D planning, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on proactive mitigation and professional client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site teams and trade partners in the development of project schedules using CPM scheduling on large, complex projects.
• Support group leadership by monitoring and updating schedules on multiple projects.
• Generate mitigation options and help formulate plans to fix scheduling problems.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members in scheduling methods.
• Collaborate with Business Development on proposals, including schedule-driven pursuit strategy.
• Support rollout of company-wide training plans for scheduling.
• Participate in corporate planning and scheduling improvement initiatives and best practices.
• Build relationships across diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
