Job summary

Mortenson in Seattle seeks an experienced Planning and Scheduling Manager to lead scheduling strategy across large, complex projects. You will coordinate site teams and trade partners, apply CPM scheduling programs, and drive timely project delivery with confidentiality and professionalism.

The role requires eight years of construction scheduling experience, a Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

Minimum eight years of construction scheduling experience.
Advanced knowledge of scheduling principles, practices, and company software.
Strong plan and specification reading, review and interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead scheduling on large, complex projects using CPM software.
Monitor and update project schedules across multiple projects.
Develop mitigation plans for scheduling problems.
Coach, mentor, and train scheduling team members.
Collaborate with Business Development on proposals and scheduling strategy.
Support training and scheduling improvement initiatives.
