Mortenson Construction seeks an experienced Planning and Scheduling Manager to lead scheduling on highly complex projects. You will coordinate site teams, train staff, and drive scheduling strategy across multiple programs.

The role requires interaction with diverse teams to deliver on-time project performance. The position emphasizes strong CPM skills, schedule optimization, and collaboration with business development for proposals, with a focus on leadership, communication, and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling concepts and company software.
• Experience with CPM scheduling on large, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site teams and trade partners in development of project schedules using CPM on large, complex projects.
• Monitor and update project schedules across multiple projects.
• Generate mitigation options and assist management in mitigation plans for scheduling issues.
• Coach and train team members in scheduling methods.
• Collaborate on proposals and lead schedule-focused pursuit strategies.
• Support rollout of company-wide scheduling training and best practices.
