Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Senior Planning and Scheduling Manager to lead complex planning and scheduling tasks for multiple projects. The role requires coordinating team activities and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum twelve years of construction experience, experience as a project manager or superintendent is desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling concepts, construction practices, project sequencing, and 4D visual planning methodologies.
• Strong organization, delegation, and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple project teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of planning and scheduling activities on all projects within an operating group.
• Plan, coordinate, supervise, and direct planning and scheduling activities.
• Identify hiring needs and participate in hiring, discipline, and dismissal decisions if needed.
