Ladders is seeking a Strategy & Planning Manager - Campus and Branch Networking to join our leadership team. This role drives strategic planning and program execution for executive customer engagement and priority initiatives.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $173,400 – $231,800 annually. You will partner with senior leaders, synthesize data, and translate complex challenges into actionable plans in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in strategy or program management
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with senior executives
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop actionable recommendations
• Skilled in data analysis using Excel and BI tools
• Experience preparing executive briefings and influencing stakeholders

Aufgaben

• Own the executive customer engagement program for priority accounts
• Develop executive briefings, agendas, and preparation materials for customer engagements
• Track commitments and follow-up actions from customer meetings to ensure completion
• Lead strategic initiatives identified by the Chief of Staff, structuring challenges into actionable plans
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure cohesive execution of initiatives
• Create repeatable templates and tracking mechanisms to enhance operational efficiency
• Synthesize data into clear communication materials for senior leadership
