Ladders is seeking a Strategy Advancement Advisor to help shape consumer-centered growth strategies that align with enterprise priorities within a large healthcare organization. You will partner with business, design, and operational leaders to frame complex problems, surface insights, and develop actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant strategic work experience, ideally post-MBA.
• Healthcare or management consulting experience valued.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading complex initiatives in a large matrixed organization.
• Superior problem-solving skills with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Experience leveraging consumer insights for product or service design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, especially for executive audiences.
• Highly collaborative and adaptable in dynamic environments.
