Job summary

HP’s Personal Systems Strategy and Planning team is seeking a strategy leader to shape long-term vision and near-term business choices. You will partner with senior leaders to define priorities, investments, and go-to-market motions across AI, hybrid work, and services.

You will interact with executives, product, finance, and regional teams to develop insight-driven recommendations grounded in rigorous analysis and compelling narratives for scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Typically 8–10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or related fields.
• Experience in top-tier consulting or rigorous strategy environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analyses to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities relevant to Personal Systems.
• Develop recommendations on 1–5 year strategy, including where to play and how to win.
• Build data-driven business cases, long-term plans, and investment theses.
• Structure analytical approaches and executive-ready storylines for complex problems.
• Synthesize insights from market research and internal data into clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate strategic initiatives across AI PCs, future-of-work, services, and partnerships.
• Drive alignment to translate priorities into actionable plans.
