HP in Spring, TX, is seeking a Senior Strategy professional to join the Personal Systems (PS) Strategy Team. You will help set long-term vision, shape the medium-term strategy, and define short-term plans alongside PS Executives and cross‑functional teams.

The role develops strategic recommendations by overseeing data synthesis, in-depth analysis, and hypothesis testing to drive competitive, adaptable decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Has at least 6-8+ years of work experience, preferably 3-4+ in management consulting, corporate strategy, or related field.
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Researches and conducts analyses for large, complex strategy projects.
• Structures analytical approaches, develops project strategies and tactics.
• Develops recommendations to optimize business and financial performance.
