Job summary

HP is seeking a senior Strategy professional to join the Personal Systems (PS) Strategy Team in the United States. You will work with PS Executives to shape long-term vision and translate analytics into actionable plans across the business.

The role focuses on synthesizing data, testing hypotheses, and guiding major initiatives that enhance HP’s competitive position. You will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate with executives, and drive performance improvements through rigorous analysis

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in related discipline or commensurate experience.
• Has at least 6-8+ years of work experience, preferably in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Researches and conducts analyses required to achieve objectives for large, complex business strategy projects.
• Structures analytical approaches and develops project strategies and tactics.
• Develops recommendations for optimizing business and financial performance.
• Manages large, cross-functional teams and communications to facilitate projects and ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Leads the development of project guidelines, contingency plans, objectives, and deliverables to drive successful outcomes.
• Consults with business executives on risk management and growth opportunities.
