HP is seeking a Business Strategy Principal to shape the HP Solutions Strategy across hardware, software, services, AI infrastructure, and growth areas.

The role partners with senior HPS leaders to define long-term direction, priorities, and near-term choices that influence portfolio strategy and investments. You will translate market, customer, and financial insights into clear strategic narratives.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten plus years in corporate strategy or related field.
• Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or tech product strategy is highly desirable.
• Experience developing strategic recommendations and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Support ACS strategy and integrated planning; shape long-range inputs and growth ambition.
• Develop insights on market trends, customers, and competitive dynamics for ACS.
• Support Edge AI strategy, roadmaps, and business planning with market sizing and analyses.
• Inform HP’s Edge AI and Advanced Compute positioning with industry ecosystem insights.
• Work with Finance on investment sizing and capital allocation submissions.
• Align long-term strategy across divisions for cohesive Edge AI bets.
• Produce executive-ready materials for board, ELT, and other leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with Corporate Strategy on enterprise-wide strategic projects.
• Structure analytical approaches and translate priorities into actionable plans.
• Mentor teammates and foster growth within the team.
