Job summary

Qualifications

• Membership in RICS (General Practice) or HKIS (GP) with post-qualification experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, analyses, and market research for redevelopment projects.
• Advise on planning and land matters, review submissions, assess land premiums.
• Coordinate DMC/pre-sale consent applications to government.
• Coordinate compliance certificates with lease conditions.
• Conduct industry research, coordinate EOI and tender processes.
• Monitor development progress and manage partner relationships.
• Compile cash flow forecasts and budget reports.
