Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS) is seeking a Deputy Senior Manager (SEW-Digital Transformation) to lead the digital transformation strategy and technology roadmap, and to drive the Subsidized Sales Flat Initiative Programme App and related platforms. You will manage end-to-end projects from requirements through deployment and continuous enhancement.

You will also develop customer-centric digital solutions, oversee e-commerce, membership, payments, loyalty and community engagement, and explore

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Digital Business or related disciplines.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 6 years at managerial level with proven experience in digital transformation, platform development or technology project management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and execution of HKHS's digital transformation strategy, technology roadmap and innovation initiatives.
• Drive the design, development and implementation of the Subsidized Sales Flat Initiative Programme App and related digital platforms.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including business requirements, tendering, vendor management, system development, testing, deployment and continuous enhancement.
• Develop customer-centric digital solutions, including e-commerce, marketplace, membership, payment, loyalty and community engagement functionalities.
• Explore and implement new technologies to support business growth, service enhancement and digital adoption.
• Build data analytics and reporting capabilities, and oversee cybersecurity, data privacy and governance requirements.
• Monitor project quality, budgets, schedules and vendor performance to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and provide professional advice on digital transformation and technology initiatives.

The Person

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Digital Business or related disciplines.
• Minimum 12 years' relevant experience, including at least 6 years at managerial level with proven experience in digital transformation, platform development or technology project management.
• Solid experience in mobile app development, digital platforms, e-commerce marketplaces, membership ecosystems or customer-facing digital solutions.
• Strong track record in managing large-scale system implementation projects, software vendors and technology partners.
• Knowledge of CRM, payment gateway integration, data analytics, loyalty programmes, UX/UI, cybersecurity and data governance is preferred.
• Excellent project management, analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
