Job summary

Hong Kong Housing Society is seeking a Technical Officer (Project Management) on a 2-year contract to support planning, design coordination and delivery of development projects. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams, prepare project documentation, inspect sites and help implement new technologies such as BIM and digitalisation to improve project outcomes.

The role requires a Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines, up to 2 years’ experience, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Architecture, Building Studies, Construction, Project Management or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years’ relevant experience are welcome.
• Basic understanding of architectural drawings and construction methods.
• Ability to communicate in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM and MS Office; knowledge of digital tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management Team in planning, design coordination and delivery of development projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve design and site issues.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, drawings registers and presentation materials.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction works to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Assist in implementing new technologies (e.g. BIM, digitalisation) and technical research for project improvement.
