Job summary

Hong Kong Housing Society seeks a Senior Manager for Social & Elderly Wellness - Business Development to lead strategic plans for new SEW initiatives and future opportunities. You will identify service offerings, develop sustainable operating models and drive incubation and commercialization of innovative programs.

The role requires extensive experience in B2B/B2C models, partnerships, and customer-centric growth, with bilingual English/Chinese proficiency and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience, including at least 6 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing B2B and B2C business models.
• Experience in e-commerce, platform businesses, membership programmes or digital service businesses is highly preferred.
• Exposure to healthcare, wellness, social services, property, retail, hospitality or related industries is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen, strategic planning capability and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to establish, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships across public, private and community sectors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business plan development and implementation roadmaps for SEW initiatives and future opportunities.
• Identify and develop new service offerings and sustainable operating models.
• Drive incubation and commercialization of innovative initiatives for growth.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, NGOs, educational institutions, social enterprises and commercial organisations.
• Develop and expand an integrated wellness ecosystem connecting services, partners and community resources.
• Drive growth through partnerships, memberships and customer-centric models with new revenue opportunities.
• Oversee branding, marketing and customer engagement to strengthen market presence.
• Represent HKHS and collaborate with stakeholders to advance strategic objectives.
