Hong Kong Housing Society invites applications for Senior Officer (Social & Elderly Wellness - Property Management). The role focuses on delivering value-added property management services and maintaining excellent relations with tenants of new elderly-focused projects.

You will administer tenancy issues, ensure compliance with tenancy regulations and Deed of Mutual Covenant, and identify preventive or remedial actions in cleaning, repair and security, coordinating with relevant parties.

Qualifications

• Matriculated OR 5 HKDSEE subjects including English and Chinese with 5 years' experience in property management.
• Handover flats experiences or property management are preferred.
• Good service concept, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer(Property Management-SEW).

Responsabilités

• Provide value-added property management services and maintain excellent relations with tenants of new projects for elderly persons.
• Administer tenancy issues and ensure compliance with tenancy regulations and Deed of Mutual Covenant Clauses and relevant regulatory documents.
• Identify areas requiring preventive or remedial actions in respect of cleaning, repair and security, liaise with relevant parties and monitor the implementation of such actions.
