Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 5+ years experience for Level 3 or 8+ years for Level 4.
• Master’s degree with relevant experience also acceptable.
• Experience in strategic assessment, strategy development, and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to create executive-level briefing content.
• Advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with space industry trends and dynamics.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to understand businesses, strategies, pipelines, and investment needs.
• Develop and recommend internal investments using data and financial analyses.
• Create investment plans to address capability gaps and strategic objectives.
• Present investment strategy to executives across levels.
• Manage budgets, LRSP development, and investment reviews.
• Adjust investment plans in response to changing priorities and funding.
• Maintain records of approvals, opportunities, and documents.
• Support development of internal investments including R&D, marketing and sales, and B&P projects.
• Lead investment management support and cross-functional collaboration.
• Help evolve digital transformation tools, e.g., SIMPL and RDIS.
