Job summary
Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Strategic Planner (Level 3/4) to join the Space Sector's Strategic Development team.
The role focuses on leading sector-level strategy, investment planning, and related analyses to support the LRSP and major internal investments. You will collaborate with division leaders, CTO, and business units to translate strategic objectives into actionable investment plans and executive presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant strategy/financial planning experience.
- Experience in strategic assessment, plan development, and financial analysis.
- Proven ability to create executive-level briefing content.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic assessments and develop investment plans aligned with LRSP.
- Prepare and present executive-level briefings to leadership across divisions.
- Manage budgets and investment reviews; adjust plans as needed.
- Develop and refine internal investments including IR&D, M&S, and B&P projects.
- Support digital transformation tools for investment planning and execution.
