Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector is seeking a Strategic Planner – Level 3 or 4 to join the Space sector Strategic Development organization. This role partners with division and business-unit leadership to understand strategies, pipelines, and investment needs, and to develop investment plans that close gaps aligned to the LRSP.

Located with preferred sites in McLean, VA or Redondo Beach, CA, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Management, Financial Planning, or Project/Program experience.
Master's degree with 3+ years relevant experience in Strategy, Business Management, Financial Planning, or Project/Program experience.
Proven experience creating executive-level briefing and presentation content.
Advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with division and business unit leadership to understand their strategies, pipelines, and investment needs.
Develop investment plans to close capability gaps and support LRSP.
Communicate internal investments strategy to executives via presentations and briefings.
Lead investment management support activities and cross-functional collaboration.
