Job summary

Serco seeks a Strategic Planner to support Army Sustainment Command (ASC) missions from CONUS and OCONUS locations. This role focuses on planning, staff estimates, OPORDs/FRAGORDs, and COCOM-level sustainment concepts for high-visibility, high-impact projects.

You will work with ASC and the AFSB, travel up to 10%, and require a TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship. A BA/BS with 10+ years or an AA with 12 years or a HS diploma with 14 years of HQ-level experience is expected.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship required.
Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years HQ-level military experience or equivalent.
Associate’s with 12 years or HS diploma with 14 years HQ experience acceptable.
Preferred training: SAMS, JIPOC, MEL4; strong JOPP understanding.

Responsibilities

Assist with providing ASC visibility at TS/SCI level events.
Assist in preparing staff estimates, COAs, OPORDs, FRAGORDs, and WARNORDs.
Assist with analysis of ASC’s role within the Army and conduct mid/long-range planning.
Assist in implementing action plans and developing executable sustainment concepts.
Collaborate with AFSB on regional and worldwide plans; prepare briefings and studies.
Travel up to 10% and maintain accessible plans files; track changing requirements.
