Job summary

Serco Inc. in Hawaii seeks a Strategic Planner to support Army Sustainment Command on high-visibility projects at Fort Shafter. You will help develop staff estimates, COAs, OPORDs, and WARNORDs, aligning sustainment concepts with theater strategies and mobilization needs.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, US citizenship, and 10+ years in joint/Army headquarters, with travel up to 10%. You will collaborate across commands and prepare briefings while maintaining access to ASC planning files.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance and US citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in joint/Army HQ environments.
• Graduate of senior military planning programs preferred; MEL4/JOPP familiarity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staff estimates, courses of action, OPORDs, FRAGORDs, and WARNORDs for COCOMs and Army commands.
• Support ASC’s role analysis and mid/long-range planning efforts.
• Develop detailed sustainment concepts and link them to executable plans.
• Prepare briefings and maintain ASC operations and plans files.
