Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Strategic Planner to support Army Sustainment Command (ASC) across CONUS/OCONUS locations. This role requires TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship, with deep experience in operations planning, COA development, and JOPP-based analysis.

You will produce staff estimates, OPORDs/OPLANs coordination, and sustainment concepts at senior command levels, while traveling up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years related HQ experience.
• Alternative: Associate’s with 12+ years.
• Alternative: High School diploma with 14+ years.
• Graduate of SAMS or JIPOC preferred but not required.
• Experience with JOPP and Army sustainment concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing staff estimates and COAs.
• Support OPORDs, FRAGORDs, WARNORDs and CONPLANs.
• Analyze ASC’s role within the Army and interagency links.
• Develop 3- to 4-star sustainment concepts and executable plans.
• Coordinate with regional commands and HQ staff.
• Travel up to 10% for site surveys and mission analysis.
