This role partners with Physician Recruiters, UF Health College of Medicine departments, and administrative stakeholders to execute targeted sourcing strategies and maintain a sustainable candidate pipeline for growth.

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as HR, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of physician or provider recruitment experience; 3–5 years in healthcare recruitment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Proven ability to engage physicians and build pipelines.
