Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida is seeking a provider recruiter to identify staffing needs, collaborate with leadership on strategic recruitment plans, and develop targeted sourcing to attract high-caliber clinicians. You will manage candidate communications and coordinate travel for interviews and introductions with physicians and leaders across AdventHealth campuses.

The role requires 1+ year in provider recruitment within health care and 2+ years in health care overall, with strong MS Office,

Qualifications

1+ year as a provider recruiter for a health care system or physician recruitment firm.
2+ years experience in health care.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in physician relations preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify needs for providers and develop sourcing plans with leadership.
Coordinate candidate travel, visits, and itineraries for meetings with physicians and leaders.
Screen applicants via CV review, phone interviews, emails, and video conferencing, plus reference checks.
Communicate recruitment plan and progress to providers and management at AdventHealth campuses.
