Job summary

UTMB Health is seeking a Senior Faculty Sourcer to proactively identify and engage physician and faculty candidates for the Academic Enterprise. You will leverage advanced sourcing, market research, networks, and recruiting tech to build pipelines and generate qualified leads, partnering with Faculty Recruiters and department leadership to align with needs.

You will develop targeted sourcing strategies, maintain candidate relationships, and provide talent intelligence to support recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, healthcare admin or related field.
• RN licensure is required to support understanding of clinical roles.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for physician and faculty recruitment.
• Identify active and passive candidates through databases, associations, programs, and social channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated openings.
• Conduct outreach via email, phone, social media and networks; nurture relationships.
• Develop strategies for difficult-to-fill specialties and priority needs.
• Research competing institutions to map physician/faculty talent markets.
