You will lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with leaders, and manage candidate relationships to ensure smooth onboarding.

The role requires 1–2 years in physician recruitment and physician relations, with healthcare experience and CPRP certification pursued within 12 months.

Formación

• 1–2 years of physician recruitment experience required.
• 1–2 years of physician relations experience required.
• 1–2 years of business experience required.
• Healthcare experience required, including experience working in a healthcare setting.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience with contract negotiation preferred.
• Employee relations experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle physician recruitment efforts to attract and hire qualified providers.
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, physicians, and internal stakeholders.
• Support contract negotiations and onboarding processes.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with physician practices and operational leaders to meet staffing needs.
