Job summary

You will screen potential candidates, coordinate short- and long-term sourcing, recruitment and retention plans, and identify the knowledge, skills and abilities needed by the hiring department. You will present opportunities to candidates and develop promotional materials to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• No licensure or certification required.
• At least 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities
