Job summary

UTMB Health seeks a Senior Faculty Sourcer to proactively identify and engage physician and faculty candidates for the Academic Enterprise. You will partner with Faculty Recruiters to understand needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and generate qualified candidate leads using networks, databases, and recruitment tech.

You will build talent pipelines, engage both active and passive candidates, and monitor sourcing metrics to support recruitment leadership and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; seven years of recruitment or sourcing experience.
• RN licensure required to support understanding of clinical roles and environments.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop pipelines of physician and faculty candidates for the Academic Enterprise.
• Use advanced sourcing strategies, market research, networks, databases, social media, and recruitment tech to find active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate with Faculty Recruiters and department leadership to forecast needs and build targeted sourcing plans.
• Maintain candidate relationships for future opportunities and monitor sourcing performance.
