Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Healthcare Admin, or related field; 7 years in physician/healthcare recruitment.
• Current RN licensure required to understand clinical roles and environments.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive physician and faculty sourcing strategies.
• Identify active and passive candidates through databases, associations, specialty orgs, residency/fellowship programs, social media, conferences, and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated openings.
• Screen candidates for malpractice history, covenants, and tail coverage to ensure smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with Faculty Recruiters and leadership to understand needs and strategy.
