Qualifications

• Physician recruitment experience in healthcare/insurance settings.
• Business experience in healthcare or insurance is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physician panel, negotiate costs and terms within guidelines.
• Onboard new physicians and gather required paperwork (application, CV, W9, NPDB).
• Research and outreach to add new panel options and fill staffing needs.
• Manage panel relations, conduct in-person recruitment visits, and support scheduling.
• Recruit and manage doctors in regional markets to support exam services.
• Address licensing/certifications for physicians and represent Dane Street locally.
• Sourcing, fulfillment of open service requests, and daily progress updates.
• Procure exam locations and expand the database of resources.
